Once sent, we will verify the order via email. A list of current and previous transactions can be accessed for invoice verification.
UDS-ONline RECORDS MANAGEMENTAllows full access to read, enter, catalogue, or edit box content descriptions. You will see details such as the barcode number, in or out dates, the present status, or the complete history of all pick ups and deliveries for the selected box. It also states who requested the transaction and most important a description of the box contents.
THE SEARCH FUNCTIONWill select and match all boxes containing files with the requested identification (single words, phrases, numbers and dates, or a combination). It means that you can search thousands of boxes and find within seconds the document you are looking for.
SECURITY AND AUTHORITYUser access is governed by your administrators allocation of specific access levels such as selecting boxes for pick up or delivery orders / read (only) box content files / enter and edit box content information / administration of user names and passwords.
DISASTER CONTROLDuplicate operating systems, as well as all data, are installed at a second site and are being updated daily from the primary site. This precaution will enable UDS to be on line within 1.5 hours in even the worst of circumstances.
