We, Ultimo Document Storage Centre Pty Ltd (referred to in this policy statement as UDSC) comply with the National Privacy Principles (new privacy laws) which apply from 21 December 2001, as well as our existing obligations of confidentiality.

Contacting Us

Keeping your account information accurate and up to date is very important. We provide you with access to your account information in a number of ways, such as account statements, by telephone, online from your PC, or at our office. If your account information is ever inaccurate, incomplete, or in need of updating then please contact us with your request via mail or fax 9690 2722.

Who has access to information ?

We may pass on your details to third parties who assist us in the management of service provisions, but only in so far as it is necessary to deliver the services you have requested. We may also disclose, or access personal information where: a) we believe in good faith that it is required by law, or b) if your account has become inactive and UDSC will need to provide the information to other parties in order to close the account in accordance with the agreed contractual obligations.

The information we collect

UDSC may collect contact information from people with whom it does business (e.g. contact people in regulatory bodies and external service providers). If you are a "business contact" of UDSC, we may collect business contact information about you including your name, your position and the organisation you work for, your business telephone, fax number and your e-mail address. We also keep logistical data generated by the provision of service and information entered by you and/or your staff, with the internet to store such information with UDSC.

Security

UDSC seeks to take all reasonable security measures to safeguard against risks of loss, unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of any information you have disclosed to us or provided us with. Unfortunately, no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we take all reasonable steps to ensure its security.
