Yes. We pack or repack files according to your instructions. We will write a list of contents for each box, enter the details in a data base, which is then available to you in Excel. Alternatively you can access your password isolated account and all that information yourself at any time on the internet.
Our standard service provides for a 5 day a week, 8 am to 5 pm delivery and pick up. Requests received before 10 am will be done the same day. However, should an emergency situation arise, then we guarantee to deliver, within 20 km of the Sydney CBD, in 2 hours or less.
Our storage facilities conform with Australian Standard (AS/4390.6) for the storage of paper documents. A barcode tracking system monitors filing, or retrieval and will update your account, as well as cross check and verify the placement of boxes. All electronic data, including data stored on clients behalf are part of our disaster recovery process.
Security destruction "hydro pulping" is presently carried out on our behalf by Australian Paper Manufacturers (APM) Recycling division or Visyboard. Incineration of especially sensitive files is another option.
